Assisted writing

The AI in your CRM runs on your key.

Connect your Claude or OpenAI account and the “Write” button appears wherever you type. You choose the provider, you choose the model, you pay for inference at cost.

Writing in progress

Hello Camille,

Thank you for your time yesterday. As agreed, I can confirm

that we can work on both facades before the end of the

month.

Would you be free Tuesday or Thursday, late morning?

The problem with built-in AI is rarely the quality.

It is that a model is imposed on you, billed with a markup, and that nobody tells you precisely what gets sent to the provider. Lea takes the other road: your key, your account, your invoice. We run no inference infrastructure of our own, so we have nothing to sell you along the way.

How it works

A few minutes of setup, once, by an administrator.

  1. You create an API key

At Anthropic or at OpenAI, from their console. That is an account for you to create and fund on your side.

  2. You paste it into Lea

In Settings, Integrations. Lea checks that it works, without using up any credit, then encrypts it.

  3. You choose a model

Three per provider, from the fastest to the most polished. None is preselected: it is an explicit choice.

  4. The whole team benefits

The “Write” button appears for every user, whatever their role. A single key for the organization.

The models

Two providers, six models.

The list is deliberately short and checked server-side: a model identifier that is not on it is rejected.

  • Anthropic

    Claude Opus 4.8 · Claude Sonnet 5 · Claude Haiku 4.5

  • OpenAI

    GPT-5.1 · GPT-5 mini · GPT-5 nano

One active provider at a time per organization. Saving a second one replaces the configuration in place.

Where it helps

Three places, where you actually write.

No floating assistant, no sidebar following you everywhere. The button is in the field you are filling in.

  • The body of an email, in the composer.
  • The introduction to a quote.
  • The description of a quote line item.
  • The text is written straight into the field, as it is generated. You reread it, you correct it, and you are the one who sends it.

Your data

What goes to your provider, word for word.

An AI writes nothing relevant without context. Here is exactly what Lea attaches to your instructions, so you can judge for yourself.

Sent to the provider

  • The deal title, its value, its stage and its status.
  • The contact's first name, last name and email address. Their phone number is not sent.
  • The last call outcome, its date and the beginning of its note.
  • The beginning of the three most recent notes on the deal.
  • The title of the quote in progress and the labels of its line items, where applicable.
  • Your organization's name, your own, and the instructions you typed.

This data goes to the Anthropic or OpenAI account you configured, from our servers, which assemble the request. It is not sent to an AI operated by Lea, since we do not have one. Be aware, however, that no automatic filtering is applied: if a note contains sensitive information, it leaves with the rest. The content of your notes is yours, so reread it before writing on a delicate deal.

The cost

We take no markup.

Lea does not bill a cent of inference, because Lea does not buy any. You are billed directly by Anthropic or OpenAI, at their list price, on your own account.

  • No Lea surcharge, no plan to upgrade to get access.
  • No quota imposed by Lea, no credits to buy back.
  • You see your real usage in your provider's console.
  • The honest trade-off: you have to create an account at Anthropic or OpenAI and put a card on it. Without a key, the button stays inactive.

What it does not do

This is a writing aid, not an agent that drives your CRM.

  • No autonomous agent: a single generation, no tools, no action in the CRM.
  • No querying the CRM in natural language. For that, the Claude connector exists and does a different job.
  • No automatic call summaries, no meeting minutes.
  • No generating an email subject line: the body only.
  • No history of generated text, no library of reusable instructions.
  • No custom instruction per organization: the style is the CRM's own, formal register included.
  • No log of generations: Lea keeps neither your instructions nor the model's replies.

On every plan, at no extra cost

Since inference is on you, it costs us nothing: there was no reason to reserve it for the higher plans. Writing is available on every plan and for every role. Only saving the key requires an Owner or Admin account, since it commits the whole organization.
