Overdue
Activities and todos past their due date. Shown first, with a red left border. You reschedule or mark done, you don't ignore them.
The 'Your Day' page
A chronological view mixing calls, meetings, emails, todos and hot deals. By time bucket, Overdue, Today, Tomorrow. Filterable. Actionable. Not a dashboard.
A salesperson starting their morning wants to know what to do, not how many leads they converted last month. Lea flips the question: who do you need to call back, in what order, and with what context? Your Day answers that. KPIs are still available in /reports if you want them, but they don't block your entry.
You don't scroll to find what's burning. Time buckets tell you.
Activities and todos past their due date. Shown first, with a red left border. You reschedule or mark done, you don't ignore them.
Everything dated today, calls, meetings, emails to send, todos, deals to close this week. The core of your day.
What's coming D+1, to anticipate. A 'β Tomorrow' button on each today row to push what couldn't get done, without opening a date picker.
The next 5 days, grouped by date. Short overview, no clutter. Beyond that, it's in /activities or /todos.
Briefing
Three counters at the top: X overdue, Y today, β¬ Z this week. You know in 2 seconds whether the day is manageable or whether you need to re-arbitrate before your coffee.
Filtres
The default view mixes everything, that's the point. But if you want a 'morning calls' session, click Calls and you get only that. Same for Meetings, Emails, Todos, Pipeline.
No need to open the detail panel. Click, decide, move to the next.
Popover with preset options: +2h, +4h, tomorrow same time, Monday 9am, or custom date picker. No heavy modal, no form to fill.
For CALL / MEETING / EMAIL activities: a quick modal to capture notes, and schedule the next step (follow-up D+3? Meeting next week?) in 1 toggle.
Each row exposes the deal, contact and pipeline stage as clickable chips. Navigate without opening the detail panel.
When 2+ today activities hit the same deal, they're grouped visually, you see a deal's load at a glance.
On every today row: one click to push to tomorrow same time. For days when the morning blew up.
A discreet refresh button at the top, to re-fetch if you just created an activity in another tab. No visible SSR latency.
No major CRM opens on the day. They all open on a dashboard with KPIs. Lea does the opposite, and defends it.
