How this comparison is built
These pages are written by the company behind Lea CRM: we are not neutral, and pretending otherwise would be the first lie. The rule we hold ourselves to has three parts. One, each comparison lists only features Lea offers and the competitor does not, verifiable on their own site or public documentation. Two, the prices quoted are the vendor's public prices, with the observation date shown on the page. Three, no rankings, no scores out of five, no invented customer reviews.
What these comparisons will not tell you
They will not tell you where the competitor is better, and sometimes it is. Salesforce has an ecosystem of integrations and partners nobody matches. HubSpot ships a full marketing platform we do not have. Pipedrive has a more mature mobile app than ours, and many more people who know how to configure it. A vendor comparison shows what you would miss by not looking at Lea; it replaces neither reading the competitors' own sites nor trying both tools.
The question that actually decides it
It is not which CRM software has the most features, it is which one your team will fill in at 6 p.m. on a Friday. An empty CRM is worth nothing, whatever its price or its feature list. Before deciding, put your real live deals into both tools for a week and watch which one your salespeople open without being told to. That test is more reliable than any comparison table, ours included.
Frequently asked questions
Are the prices shown up to date?
Every price quoted carries the date it was read from the vendor's public pricing page. Price lists move several times a year: check the date before relying on it, and verify at the source if the gap matters to your decision.
Why don't you list your competitors' strengths?
Because summarising them on their behalf would be dishonest, in either direction. We list what Lea does and they don't, point by point and verifiable. For the rest, their own sites will say it better than we would.
Which CRM software should a small business choose?
The one your salespeople will actually fill in. In practice, look at three things: time spent entering each deal, what happens on its own after a call or a meeting, and the cost per seat the day the team doubles. Rare features matter less than people think.
Can I bring my data over from another CRM?
Yes. Import runs directly from Pipedrive and HubSpot with your API key: contacts, organisations and deals come across, including custom fields and pipeline stages, and the import can be re-run without creating duplicates. From other tools, CSV import takes over.
