Floor Mode
The screen that brings the energy of the floor.
Cast on the office wall: who's leading today's leaderboard, what just happened, and a shower of confetti on every deal won. Built to motivate, not to analyze.

A team screen, not another dashboard
The analytics tools already exist in Lea, in the /reports space reserved for leadership. Floor Mode answers a different need: giving the whole team, at a glance on a shared screen, the energy of a call center in full swing. No numbers to interpret, just who's in the lead, and what just happened.
Today's leaderboard, updated continuously
Every rep watches their position move throughout the day, with nothing to refresh.
The live feed
Below the leaderboard, an activity feed shows what just happened across the team, in near real time. Every call, meeting booked, or deal won shows up, with the name of the rep involved.
- Automatically refreshed by polling, no need to reload the page
- Shows recent events: calls, meetings, deals won
- Rep's name and relative timestamp (« 2 min ago »)
- Continuous scroll, readable from across the room
- Camille R. won the deal « Atelier Dupont »2 min ago
- Yanis B. just finished a call with Martin SARL5 min ago
- Sofia M. booked a meeting with Lefebvre Immobilier8 min ago
- Karim T. made his 30th call of the day11 min ago
A shower of confetti on every signature
When a deal flips to won, the entire screen celebrates the moment with a confetti animation. A small detail that changes the mood of a call floor on a Thursday afternoon.
- Triggers automatically on every deal marked won
- Full-screen animation, visible from a distance
- Rep's name and deal name shown during the celebration
- No configuration required, it works from the moment it's activated
The energy of the day
A shared target, and something to celebrate it with.
A leaderboard on its own eventually wears thin. What keeps a sales floor going over time is a team target everyone can see, and small wins punctuating the day.
The daily target
A number of meetings for the whole team to book, adjustable straight from the screen. The bar fills up live and turns gold when the target falls.
The meeting rate
Meetings booked against prospects actually reached. That is the measure that tells a good call apart from a number merely dialled.
Streaks
Two meetings within the hour, and the rep goes “on fire” on screen. The streak fades on its own when the pace drops.
Records
When someone beats their best day of the last thirty, the screen announces it to the whole room.
The podium
The top three wear distinct colours, the leader a crown, and an overtake shows for a few seconds so nobody misses it.
Sounds
Four short jingles for a meeting, a won deal, a record or the target reached. They are muted by default, because an open-plan office is not a closed sales floor.
None of this is archived. Streaks, records and rankings are recalculated on every refresh and disappear with the day. That is deliberate: Plateau Mode exists to give a team in a room its rhythm, not to build a history of individual performance. To analyse your figures over time, the Reports space is the one built for that.
How to set it up on your office screen
Floor Mode is a page like any other in Lea, at /tv. Open it on the computer connected to your screen or TV, go full screen, that's it. No box, no app to install.
- Accessible at /tv from any browser
- Restricted to Owner and Admin roles to turn it on
- Native browser full screen (F11), no sidebar or menu
- Works on a simple Chromecast, mini PC, or Smart TV with a browser
A feature you won't find anywhere else
None of the big general-purpose CRMs offer a ready-to-use gamification screen.
