Automatic pre-meeting brief
15 minutes before each meeting, you get an email recapping the deal, the last 3 interactions and the latest note. You walk into the call knowing exactly where you left off.
Product Β· Lea Schedule Β· Free
What Calendly charges $16/seat/month for, Lea Schedule gives away: unlimited event types, team included, round-robin, collective bookings, 24h and 1h email reminders. Free, no credit card. And every meeting feeds your pipeline, every prospect keeps their rep, every follow-up writes itself.
An external booking tool saves you time on the booking and wastes it on reporting, follow-up and briefing. Lea Schedule kills all three.
15 minutes before each meeting, you get an email recapping the deal, the last 3 interactions and the latest note. You walk into the call knowing exactly where you left off.
If a prospect is already assigned in your CRM, Lea sends the meeting to THEIR rep, not to a blind round-robin. No more 'sorry, my colleague will take over'.
Every link carries a tag (`?ref=signature`, `?ref=linkedin`). The source flows into the CRM and analytics. You see which channel converts, not just which one drives clicks.
Public page
Create as many formats as you need, 15-min intro, 30-min demo, 1-hour workshop, each with its own public URL. Your prospects pick in one click. You stay in control: buffers, delays, per-day cap, date exceptions, Google sync. Lea never offers a slot you're not free for.
From classic one-on-one to collective workshops, round-robin teams and Stripe-paid sessions. One-on-one, group, round-robin, collective: all in the free plan, with no limit on types.
The classic format: one host, one guest. Demos, qualifications, client check-ins.
Up to N participants per slot. Great for collective demos, workshops and training.
Multiple reps? Lea spreads meetings fairly, prioritizing the lightest-loaded member.
The slot books, payment goes through Stripe, everything lands in your CRM. Card, Apple Pay, SEPA supported.
Your prospect can add their CFO or tech lead in CC. Everyone gets the invite and shows up in the Google Meet.
Before / after buffers, minimum delay, daily cap, date exceptions. You stay in control of your week.
The core differentiator
First meeting booked? Lea creates the Contact, opens a Deal on the right pipeline, logs the Activity and applies the labels you defined. You retrieve everything that happened without lifting a finger, and the meeting shows up in Your Day that morning.
Around the meeting
A lead asks for another slot, an email address was mistyped, a rep wants to set up a meeting while working the deal: Lea Schedule handles these moments without taking you out of Lea.
The host can move it from the meeting record, and anyone with access to the deal can move it from the deal's meeting card. You pick a new slot the host is free for, the invitee is notified by email and the calendar event is replaced.
A typo at booking? The host corrects the address: the contact and the deal are updated if they had the old one, so is the calendar invitation, and for an upcoming meeting the confirmation goes out again to the right address.
On the booking page, βgmial.comβ triggers the suggestion βDid you mean gmail.com?β, and a domain that cannot be found is flagged. None of it is blocking: the invitee stays in control.
Without leaving the deal, you offer a slot the host is actually free for, whether the host is you or a team administrator, and you can add yourself as a participant. The meeting is created already linked to the contact and the deal.
For each meeting type, choose the stage an existing deal should move to when its contact books. It moves forward to that stage, never backwards within the same pipeline, and it is assigned to the meeting's host.
Confirmations and notifications go out in French, English, German, Spanish, Italian or Dutch, depending on the language of the page or of the invitee's browser. The host receives theirs in their account's language.
Rescheduling a meeting, correcting an address and typo detection are included in the free plan. Scheduling from the deal record and moving the deal automatically require the CRM. An email template you have customized goes out in the language you wrote it in.
15 minutes before each meeting, Lea sends you a prep email. Not a dry reminder, a real brief: who's coming, where the deal stands, what you said last time, the latest note on file. Calendly can't do this. Lea can, because we're also your CRM.
Hi Ilan,
Your meeting with Sophie Martin starts in 15 minutes. Here's what you need to know before joining.
Β« Sophie is ready to sign but needs to clear the budget with her CFO before month-end. Follow up Tuesday if no reply. Sensitive to setup time, emphasize the 10-day rollout. Β»
You receive this brief 15 min before the meeting. You can adjust the timing in Lea Schedule.
CRM bridge Β· Lea exclusive
Classic round-robin is too dumb: it ships the meeting to the next available slot, even if your prospect already has an assigned rep. Lea checks the CRM first. If the prospect has an owner, that owner takes the meeting, period. Round-robin only kicks in for brand-new contacts.
Routing forms
A form before slot picking filters and steers. By company size, industry, country or source, Lea sends your prospect to the right event type and the right rep. No more manual qualifying after the fact.
Analytics
Every link you share can carry a tag (`?ref=signature`, `?ref=linkedin`, `?ref=outreach`). Lea records the source of every meeting, and you see at a glance which channel converts, which one drives no-shows. Not a 200-widget dashboard, the KPIs that matter, nothing more.
Automated comms
For each meeting type, you decide which emails go out and when. Instant confirmation, 24h reminder, 1h reminder, host pre-meeting brief, D+N follow-up: all included in the free plan, where Calendly keeps reminders for its paid tiers. Each one toggles on / off independently, timing adjustable, template fully customizable.
CRM variables available: {{deal}}, {{stage}}, {{lastNote}}β¦
Host pages
Photo, headline, bio, social links, every rep gets a page. When your prospect opens the link, they pick a slot with an actual person, not a faceless calendar. Trust earns its place before the click.

A few lines of HTML and your booking page lives natively in your site, your client portal or your email signature. Native look, dynamic height, no nested scrollbar. And for conversions, a post-meeting redirect URL with `{{token}}` for your tracking pixels. Embed and redirect are included in the free plan.
