Note: the French version of these Terms is the legally binding one for French jurisdiction. This English translation is provided for convenience.

These Terms of Sale (the "Terms") govern subscription to the Lea CRM service provided by N.Y.B.K., a French SAS company registered under SIREN 934 391 764, headquartered at 45 rue de Montreuil, 75011 Paris, France.

Lea CRM is sold per seat per month, with annual or monthly billing. Applicable pricing is communicated to the Customer before subscription and confirmed at payment.

Cancel anytime from your billing space. 14-day satisfaction guarantee on first invoice. Payment via Stripe. Disputes governed by French law, Paris Court of Appeal jurisdiction.
