Terms of Use

Note: the French version of these Terms is the legally binding one for French jurisdiction. This English translation is provided for convenience.
1. Purpose
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Lea CRMservice (the "Service"), a SaaS customer relationship management software, published by N.Y.B.K. SAS, a French company registered under SIREN 934 391 764, headquartered at 45 rue de Montreuil, 75011 Paris, France (the "Publisher").
2. Acceptance
Use of the Service implies full acceptance of these Terms by the user (the "User" or "Customer"). Acceptance is materialized by account creation or any use of the Service.
3. Service description
Lea is a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) for European SMBs and sales teams. It manages contacts, organizations, leads, deals, pipelines, activities, todos, and integrates with third-party tools via webhooks and API.
4. Account
Service access requires account creation. The Customer guarantees the accuracy of information provided and is responsible for credentials confidentiality.
5. Pricing and billing
Current pricing is published at leacrm.com/pricing. Billing is per seat, in euros, without commitment (cancel anytime).
6. Customer data
Data entered by the Customer remains their exclusive property. The Customer can export data in CSV format anytime. Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy.
7. Duration and termination
Subscription is concluded for one month or one year, tacitly renewed. The Customer can cancel at any time. Termination takes effect at the end of the current period.
8. 14-day satisfaction guarantee
If the Customer is not satisfied, they can request full refund of their first invoice via the contact form within 14 days.
9. Service availability
The Publisher commits its best efforts to ensure high Service availability. No formal SLA is provided on Starter and Business plans. A contractual SLA is available on the Enterprise plan.
10. Liability
The Publisher cannot be held liable for indirect damages. The Publisher's liability is limited to amounts actually paid by the Customer in the last 12 months.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Publisher's registered office.
