List view

A table, not cards to scroll through.

For the days when you're powering through calls, switch the pipeline to list view: one row per deal, the number clickable, everything you need to see before you dial.

Kanban is built to visualize, the list is built to execute

Kanban is perfect for seeing at a glance where your pipeline stands. But for a prospecting session where you need to power through 40 or 200 calls in a morning, dragging cards doesn't help. The list view turns the same pipeline into a dense table, scannable row by row, phone number front and center.

How to power through a calling session

Without leaving the table between two calls.

  1. Switch to list view

A button at the top of the pipeline to switch from kanban to list. Your choice is remembered, your next visit opens straight into list view.

  2. Filter and sort for your session

Filter by stage, by last call, or use Your Day's filters to see only the deals to call back today.

  3. Click the number to call

Every number in the Phone column is clickable, your softphone (or Aircall/Ringover) starts the call immediately.

  4. Log it and move to the next row

The call outcome is captured in 1 quick modal, then you drop down to the next row without reloading the page.

Why it matters for a team that calls a lot

Session pace preserved

No view switching, no click to open a card: everything is visible in one sweep of the row.

Number always visible

Unlike kanban, where the phone number is hidden inside the card's detail, the list shows it in its own dedicated column.

Remembered per user

Each rep picks their own default view, kanban for the manager steering the team, list for the one powering through calls.

Works with every existing filter

The same pipeline filters (stage, owner, source) apply in list view just like in kanban.

List view for high-volume calling: Lea vs competitors

Most CRMs have a generic list view. Few optimize it specifically for high-volume phone prospecting.
