Outlook Integration

Your Microsoft 365, just as at home as Gmail.

Connect your Outlook account with 1-click OAuth. Send emails, linked inbox, synced calendar, exactly like Gmail, no compromises.

Full parity with Gmail

Many CRMs treat Outlook as a second-class citizen, with a more limited integration than Gmail. At Lea, both mailboxes live in the same settings, with the same capabilities: send from a card, inbound inbox, calendar.

  • 1-click Microsoft OAuth connection, no password stored
  • Coexists with Gmail: each team member picks their own provider
  • Send emails from any contact, deal, or organization card
  • Linked inbox with dropbox and allowed senders

How it connects

3 steps, no installation needed on the Microsoft 365 side.

  1. You click « Connect Outlook »

From your email settings, a dedicated button starts the Microsoft OAuth flow, next to the one for Gmail.

  2. You authorize access from Microsoft

Microsoft Graph redirects you to the standard consent screen, you choose which rights to grant (sending, calendar).

  3. Lea syncs automatically

Your sending address shows up on your cards, your calendar syncs for Lea Schedule meetings. Nothing else to configure.

No feature sacrificed compared to Gmail

The table below lists the capabilities available for each email provider in Lea. They're identical.

Why it matters

For 100% Microsoft 365 teams

Many French SMBs run entirely on the Microsoft suite. Not having to juggle a secondary Gmail account changes your reps' lives.

Coexistence within the same team

Some members on Gmail, others on Outlook, no problem: everyone connects their own provider, without affecting anyone else.

Calendar synced for Lea Schedule

Your available slots for online booking are based directly on your Outlook calendar, always up to date.

Your data stays with you

Lea doesn't store the content of your emails, only the link to the relevant card is saved, hosted in Amsterdam.

Sécurité

Connection security

The connection uses Microsoft's standard OAuth 2.0 protocol, Lea never sees your password.

  • OAuth 2.0 via Microsoft Graph, no password ever sent to Lea
  • Connection tokens revocable at any time from your Microsoft account
  • Access scope limited to sending email and calendar, nothing more
  • 1-click disconnect from your Lea settings

Configure Outlook → Lea

From /settings, next to the Gmail section, click « Connect Outlook ». The Microsoft OAuth flow opens, you authorize, you're done.

Accessible from your email settings

Connect your Outlook, just like you would for Gmail.
