Slack Integration

Your sales news, where your team already talks.

A deal won, a new lead coming in, a quote signed: Lea posts it to the Slack channel you choose. Each channel gets what concerns it, in its own language, with a direct link to the deal.

Notifications, not one more dashboard

A sales rep does not open the CRM to find out that a colleague has just closed a deal. Lea sends the moments that matter to where the team will see them, and you choose, channel by channel, what gets posted there.

  • Up to 10 channels, each with its own events and language
  • Clickable deal title that opens the record in Lea
  • A bulk action sends a single summary message, not a flood
  • An optional daily summary, at the time of your choice
  • Your automation rules can post to a channel too

What can show up in Slack

Tick what each channel needs. Lost deals, created deals and stage changes are unticked by default, to keep the noise down.

Deal won

The signal the whole team wants to see come through.

Deal lost

For the managers' channel: they would rather know right away.

Deal created and stage change

To follow the pipeline as it moves, on a dedicated channel.

New inbound lead

A form or a connected tool has just created a deal: someone needs to call back.

Quote signed and deposit collected

The quote signature, then the deposit payment when you collect it online.

Quote being read

Your client has the quote in front of them: now is the time to call.

Meeting booked

A meeting has just been booked through Lea Schedule.

Daily summary

Today's meetings, overdue activities, the previous day's won deals and leads, and dormant deals.

Connected in a few minutes

No Lea app to install: a Slack incoming webhook is all it takes.

  1. You create an incoming webhook

In Slack, you create a small app for your workspace and turn on an incoming webhook for the channel you want. Lea shows the steps to follow next to the field.

  2. You paste the URL into Lea

Under Settings › Integrations. Lea immediately sends a test message: if Slack does not receive it, nothing is saved.

  3. You choose what goes out

Channel by channel: the events, the language of the messages and, if you like, the time of the daily summary.

What it does not do

Slack receives news from Lea. It does not control anything in the CRM.

  • No slash commands, no action buttons: you cannot edit a deal from Slack.
  • No sync in the other direction: a message written in Slack does not flow back into Lea.
  • No direct messages per sales rep: notifications go to channels.
  • No filtering by pipeline: a channel picks its events, not its pipelines.
  • If Slack persistently rejects the messages, the channel deactivates itself. You can see it in the settings, but no alert tells you.

On the Pro and Business plans

The Slack integration is included in the Pro and Business plans, and is set up from an Owner or Admin account. The webhook URL is encrypted and never shown again. If you move back to a lower plan, your configuration is kept, but nothing is sent any more.

Make every signature heard across the team.
